#MondayMotivation: I LOVE Class Pass

I've always been what I would call a 'reluctant exerciser'- I don't like to sweat, the gym is intimidating and I'm picky about classes. Unfortunately for my pocketbook my favorite classes are almost always pricey, causing me to engage less than I would like. All of those concerns evaporated when I found ClassPass.

In my city (Fort Worth, Texas) a ClassPass membership gives me access to 30+ neighborhood studios and gyms up to 3 times EACH per month for about $100. Last week alone I did:

spin (usually $19 per class)
barre (usually $19 per class)
yoga (usually $15 per class) and
a lagree method class (usually $25 per class)

While the cost savings are awesome what's more important to me is that I have access to high quality classes from studios that I enjoy. And I'm discovering new studios and classes literally each week! All of the classes are booked through a single app or webpage which makes it really easy for me to keep track of my activities.

If you're in the Fort Worth area my favorite studios so far are:

I had not visited 3 Tree Yoga prior to ClassPass and I am so thankful that I now have! I've attended several different classes at 3 Tree and all of the instructors have been welcoming, knowledgeable and all around awesome. The Friday afternoon RockAsana class is a very favorite of mine!

One of my favorite local studios is Core Elements, which specializes in the Lagree Method of training. If you're looking for a workout that makes you sweat and shake this is for you!  Lagree is a little like Pilates, a little like resistance training and a little like cardio all wrapped into one.  The studio is small with a max of 10 students at a time so you get personal attention with the energy of a group class.

Zyn22 is another studio that is new to me through ClassPass. I'll admit that I was a little intimidated for my first class and made my friend Sierra come with me for moral support, but I am SO GLAD i went! Ya'll Zyn classes are fun. They have great playlists, riders are regularly encouraged to dance and all of the instructors are so motivating. I never thought I'd like sweating this much but it's worth it every time.

I'm really excited to see what new classes are in my future through ClassPass and will be sure to keep ya'll updated as I find new favorites. If you'd like to give ClassPass a try feel free to use this code for $20 off your first month registration
