All Weekend

The scoop: Awesome tribute concert to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. If mom loves smooth sounds I'm betting she'd dig this.
Friday

When: Friday, 7 PM-10 PM
Where: The Magnolia Green, 1100 Lipscomb Street, Fort Worth
Cost: Free!
The scoop: Ya'll, this event is so fun! Come out and enjoy the music of the Whisky Folk Ramblers, donate the this month's charity, One Safe Place, and tell your friends to meet you there! Blankets, chairs and pets are welcome. Food trucks and Rahr will be there too :0)
Saturday

When: Saturday from 4PM-9PM
Where: The Reading Room, 3715 Parry Ave, Dallas
Cost: Free!
The scoop: Swap books with other reading enthusiasts while enjoying cocktails and microreadings too!

When: Saturday, 10AM-4PM
Where: The Perot Museum, 2201 N. Field Street, Dallas
Cost: $10-$15, tickets include Discovery Days
The scoop: Super fun, hands on experiments and experiences in the galleries. Great for the whole family. TIP: get those tickets in advance, the Perot sells out.

When: Saturday, 10 AM- 6 PM
Where: The Magnolia Green Park, 1100 Block of Lipscomb, Fort Worth
Cost: Free!
The scoop: Dozens of artists and collectors set up to sell handmade gifts, jewelry and vintage selections. Food truck parks will be available for lunch and they are collecting boxes of cereal for the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, so bring some cheerios!
Sunday

When: Sunday, all day
Where: The National Cowgirl Museum, 1720 Gendy Street, Fort Worth
Cost: Free for mom
The Scoop: The Cowgirl museum is dedicated to honoring and celebrating women who exemplify courage, resilience and independence.
