Weekend Plans: April 5th-7th

Fun filled weekend ahead! Here are my favorite picks:

When: Friday, 8:00 PM
Where: Sammons Center, 3630 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas
Cost: Free!
The Scoop: Love love love the Booker T bands and the young people who perform in them. If you like jazz, I bet this one will be worth it.

When: Saturday, 10AM-2PM
Where: BRIT, 1700 University Drive, Fort Worth
Cost: I'd recommend bringing cash for your haul, but some vendors will take cards
The Scoop: BRIT hosts a farmers market the first saturday of each month carrying fresh, seasonal produce. They will also have artisan bread, olive oil, live music, food trucks and family friendly entertainment. Have the morning free? Stick around for Science Saturdays!

When: Sunday 1-5 PM
Where: Fair Park, 1121 First Ave, Dallas Texas 75210
Cost: Free!
The Scoop: One day each year Fair Park is turned into Dallas' largest dog park. Pet/owner look alike contests, exhibits, misting ponds and specially priced vaccines make this a super fun day.

Dallas Pottery Invitational

Dallas Pottery Invitational
